We're a wine store that is firmly opposed to wine snobbery. We’re interested in good wines, not high prices. Our knowledgeable staff delights in helping you find the perfect bottle in your price range.
We are very happy to carry a wide range of unique wine, spirits, and beer from all around the world.
We offer delivery within the City of Calgary (some restrictions apply).

  • Join us this Friday for our complimentary tasting, from 12 to 2.
  • Inquire about our Wine of the Month Club. Two different themes, 6 different wines, delivered to your door every month, for only $150! Pursue the "Tried & True" or the "Off The Beaten Path".

The Cellar- A wine store on another level. While it is almost impossible to try every wine before buying them, we have done the work ahead of time to make it a little easier on you. We have researched each one of the wines on our shelves and ensured that it reaches a certain level of quality. And if we couldn't find a rating, we tried the wine ourselves to make sure that it is a product we can stand behind and affirm its merit.

The 2003 is a big, powerful Champagne that will require quite a bit of time to shed some of its baby fat. The trademark textural finesse is there, though. I expect the 2003 to be a highly divisive Champagne because of its extreme personality, but then again, many of the world’s legendary wines were made from vintages considered freakish at the time. The 2003 is an atypically, rich, powerful, vinous Dom Perignon loaded with fruit, structure and personality. It is not for the timid, but rather it is a wine for those who can be patient. No one has a crystal ball, but personally I will not be surprised if in 20 years’ time the 2003 is considered an iconic Champagne. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2038.

"Luscious concentrated blackberry aromas, with brambly flavors of rhubarb, strawberry and vanilla with lingering hints of toast & smoke.  The wine will pair well with roasted or grilled meats, sausages or even more complex, spicy dishes such as jambalaya or paella." ~ Rampage
