Wine 101 - Wednesday Feb. 3, 7PM - $35

Wine tasting can be broken down into 3 simple steps to learn about what is in the glass. We will evaluate look, smell and of course the best one, taste. Join us as we explore each step and go through the basic grape varieties and wine knowledge.

Port & Chocolate for Valentines Day - Wednesday Feb. 17, 7PM - $65

So be poetic this Valentines Day with our Port and Chocolate tasting. We will be pouring a fine selection of Tawny and Vintage Ports so come find out which is your favourite. Along the way we will find out how Port is made and how to differentiate between the various kinds of Port.

Champagne - Wednesday, March 17, 7PM - $65

Learn how Champagne is made, the different grape varieties and styles and most importantly taste 6 different Champagnes. Need we say more?

Canadian Wines - Wednesday, March 31, 7PM - $40

Oh Canada you are not just known for your Ice Wines. Experience what else Canada has to offer. Enjoy a trip through the wine producing provinces of Canada without leaving the store.

The Cellar Summer Solstice Party - Monday June 21, 7PM - $50

The Cellar event of the year! Join us on our rooftop patio for this special occasion, open to the public only once a year. Enjoy tasty treats, summer wines and beers from around the world! Limited to 100.

Scotch for Dad - Wednesday June 16, 7PM - $65

Experience the difference between your favourite scotches; learn their aging process, the difference between single malt and blends. Learn what makes them unique.
