The Ides of March Festival Tasting ($75)

Did somebody ever tell you “You’re going to have a bad day”? Well, come and enjoy a taste of Italy before the curtain falls. We will explore a wide range of Italian wines and cheeses at this store wide festival. Wine stations headed by some of the best Italian wine importers in Alberta will be set up throughout our store. Caesar came, he saw, he conquered. Will you?


Pacific North West ($60)

We will travel the coast of the Pacific North West; from Willamette, Oregon tasting great Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Next travelling North through the Columbia Valley and Walla Walla, where voluptuous Cabernets, Syrahs and Merlots reign supreme. Finally we cannot neglect the Great White North where the Okanagan is more than just Ice Wine.


Wine & Charcuterie ($65)

You had me at wine and food! This tasting is a recipe for a great night. We will pour wines that pair with our favourite cheeses and cured meats. Bring a friend and prepare to indulge.


Sake to Me ($55)

It is all Nihonshu to me. To the interested novice the world of Sake can be quite floundering to navigate. This technical tasting will bring you up to speed on the different styles of Sake and develop your understanding of Sake terminology to find you way around the Sake and help you answer the question to Gekkeikan or not to Gekkeikan?


Wines Rated 96 to 100 Points ($150)

Join us as we explore the upper crust of wines rated by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and other wine publications. We will discuss not only the wines, but also the advantages and pitfalls of the rating system.


Beer Spring Fling ($40)

This festival style tasting will focus on artisanal small production craft beers. Satisfy your inner beer geek with some of the best craft beers from around the world.



Patio Lanterns ($40)

“Those patio lanterns they were the stars in the sky”. Let’s start summer with some perfect patio pairings for BBQ, seasonal specialties or sitting in a sun beam. We will sample a selection of sparkling, whites, roses and reds perfect for your patio season.


Summer Solstice Party (Tickets go on Sale Feb.2, 2016) $80

Our biggest roof top party of the year and our most popular event. More of festival than a formal tasting the party is catered with a variety of culinary delights and of course a wide range of wines. There are only 100 tickets up for grabs, so tell your friends.


Scotch for Dad ($75)

Whether you are a beginner Scotch drinker or a seasoned veteran, our scotch line-up has something for everyone. We will touch on the basics about scotch production as well as the different styles and regions. Our Scotch enthusiast will pick a flight of scotches that will have you looking for a second dram. This just might be the perfect Father’s Day gift for that special fellow in your life.


Oh Canada We Patio Party for Thee ($80)

Oh Canada! Celebrate Canada’s birthday by tasting some of the best that Canada has to offer. We will showcase our country’s diversity and quality with this festival style tasting.


Fall Equinox ($80)

Join us for our fourth annual Fall Equinox patio party. It is one not to be missed.  We will say farewell to the summer and welcome the fall on our rooftop patio with culinary delights and wines to suit every palate.

We always offer cheese boards with our private tastings, but we can also offer hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, carving, and desert stations, for cocktail style events for up to 100 people. We also offer sit down coursed dinners with wine pairings for 10 to 30 people.
