  Name Description
Primarius 2014

Silky with layers of fruit that unfold on the palate, this Oregon Pinot Noir lives up to its name: Primarius, Latin for distinguished. Sourced from high quality Oregon vineyards, Primarius speaks of the state’s idyllic climate for producing Pinot Noir.

Haymans Sloe Gin

The final blend is a rich ruby red liqueur bursting with smooth and intense bitter sweet fruit flavours.

Boyd and Blair Potato Vodka

“Wow, this aroma comes flying out of the glass in waves of white potato, starch, and parchment; seven more minutes of aeration don’t greatly alter the aromatic profile, but there is a noticeable deepening of the established scents, especially the raw white potato element. Entry is nothing short of luscious, semisweet, chewy, and smooth; midpalate adds cocoa bean, maple, and honey. Aftertaste is graceful, solid, and simply delicious. The best small-scale vodka I’ve had since the 45th Parallel. So sumptuous and tasty that it’s spectacular tasted neat. Best non-Polish vodka available. AWESOME ACHIEVEMENT” -Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal)

Shafer One Point Five

A revelation, it is hard to believe the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon One Point Five (95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot) came from a challenging vintage of cool weather and rainy periods. It boasts an inky/purple color along with sweet cassis and mulberry fruit intermixed with notions of high quality toast and spring flowers. Although it does not reveal the mid-palate density and impact or finish of the 2010, the 2011 is an outstanding success for the vintage.

Hennesey XO Special Edition

Villa Cafaggio Chianti Classico Basilica Solatìo Riserva

Chateau Canon la Gaffeliere

The dense ruby/purple 2012 offers pure blackcurrant and black cherry fruit along with some notes of Christmas spices and earth. It is full-bodied and opulent, with light tannins in the finish.

Whispering Angel

The entry-level wine in the Esclans range, this is as fresh and fruity as possible. Juicy red currant and tangy acidity combine in this delicious blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The wine is dry while showing exuberant fruit. It can be drunk either as an apéritif or with food.

Zinfinity 2012

While Ottimino produces single-vineyard Zinfandels from the finest vineyards in Sonoma County, the infinite possibilities achievable through blending proved irresistible! The result is Zinfinity, a blend of our best vineyards aged in French oak for twenty months to create a wine of great elegance, richness and individuality. Onward to Zinfinity!

Fuerza 2013

Cola, sassafras and clove notes frame a deep core of plum and currant fruit in this dense red. The texture is plush and polished, supported by well-integrated tannins and balsamic acidity. Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2020. 4,000 cases made.

Gramercy 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon

This offers reserved notes of cherry and raspberry compote, cranberry, earth and assorted dried herbs. With the oak pleasantly dialed back, the focus remains on the fruit. The palate displays exquisite purity, elegance and detail, with a light grip of tannins pulling it all together. It’s drinking beautifully now, but you could open it up in 2025 or 2030 and it wouldn’t bat an eye.
