Victoria Oaken Gin

Victoria gin is one of Vancouver BC’s only small-batch gin. They regard it as an “intensely flavored” gin using on the middle cut of the distillate. Along with classic juniper ingredients and also include rose petals, cubeb berries (an Indonesian spice), and a “secret ingredient.”
